  • Millet 1 cup
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Butter 3 tablespoons
  • Cream 5 fl oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Chestnut puree 1 cup
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the millet in boiling water, pour in 500 ml of hot water, and bring to a boil.

Step 2

Add salt to the porridge, remove the foam, and evaporate the water over high heat.

Step 3

Pour hot milk into the pot with the porridge and cook first over medium heat, then over low heat until thickened.

Step 4

Boil the egg hard, cool, peel, and finely chop.

Step 5

Add pumpkin puree, cream, egg, and half of the butter to the porridge.

Step 6

Grease the pot with the remaining butter, place the porridge in it, and bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
