Description

It's best to use soft goat cheese. If you are a fan of nuts, they will be a great addition to the porridge. Here’s a very simple and delicious recipe!

Ingredients

  • Millet 5 oz
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • 10% cream 5 fl oz
  • Goat cheese 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Boil the millet in water.

Step 2

Once the water has evaporated, without removing from heat, add the cream and milk (if we add more cream, the porridge will be richer, so it depends on personal preference; some like it lighter, others thicker).

Step 3

After adding the milk and cream, reduce the heat to the minimum and let the millet come to a boil.

Step 4

As soon as the porridge boils, remove from heat, add a piece of butter, and cover with a lid. Let the porridge sit for about five minutes.

Step 5

When the millet is in the bowl and ready to serve, add two pieces of goat cheese.
