- Millet 1 cup
- Milk 15 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse the millet, wash it five to six times in boiling water, pour in 480 ml of hot water, place on the heat, add salt, bring to a boil, remove the foam, and cook on high heat until all the water evaporates.
Step 2
Pour in the hot milk and continue cooking first on medium heat, then on low heat until it thickens completely.
Step 3
Add butter to the finished porridge and serve.
