Ingredients
- Millet 2 cups
- Water 5 cups
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs ½ cup

Step 1
In boiling water, add salt and sugar, then stir in the rinsed millet and cook for 15–20 minutes. After that, cover the pot with the porridge and let it sit for 25–30 minutes to steam.
Step 2
Allow the cooked porridge to cool slightly, then, wetting your hands with cold water, shape the patties, coat them in flour or breadcrumbs, and fry in a pan with butter.
Step 3
Serve the patties with fruit jelly, sour cream, butter, and a milk sauce.
