- Milk 4 cups

- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Salt ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the rice, add it to boiling water, cook for 5–8 minutes, and drain in a colander.
Step 2
Transfer the prepared rice to a pot with hot salted milk and, stirring, cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Then add sugar, stir, cover the pot with a lid, and place it in a water bath for 10–15 minutes.
Step 4
Serve the finished porridge with butter.
