  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
  • 9% Vinegar ½ spoons
  • Activated Baking Soda ½ spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Beat the egg with the milk, then add the baking soda that has been quenched with vinegar. Mix in the flour. Knead until you achieve a smooth consistency. The dough should be thick. Add more flour if necessary.

Step 3

Spoon about a tablespoon of the batter onto the hot skillet. Fry the pancakes on both sides over medium heat.
