Ingredients
- Fermented Milk 50 fl oz
- Raw cane sugar 1 cup
- Gelatin 0 oz
- Bananas 3 pieces

Soak the gelatin in a cup of cold boiled water until it swells.
Step 2
Heat it to completely dissolve.
Step 3
Add sugar and let it dissolve.
Step 4
Grate the bananas on a coarse grater.
Step 5
Pour in the fermented baked milk and add to the syrup.
Step 6
Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator until set.
