Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Bananas ½ piece
- Ground Oats 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, pour a small amount of milk over the oats and place it in the microwave for about a minute. The oatmeal should thicken and turn into a thick porridge.
Step 2
Alternatively, the oats can be blended and poured with boiling milk.
Step 3
Let the oatmeal cool down.
Step 4
Slice the banana and mix it with the oatmeal, then blend until smooth.
Step 5
Next, add the remaining milk, sugar to taste, vanilla sugar, and whip well.
Step 6
Pour the smoothie into glasses and, if desired, garnish with fruits and sprinkle with chocolate crumbs.
Step 7
You can also add ice cream and other fruits or berries if you wish.
