Description
You can add any nuts and dried fruits according to your taste and preference. Adjust the proportions to your liking. Optionally, you can also add a sugar substitute for a very sweet flavor. Granola is a great choice for breakfast when served with low-fat yogurt.
Ingredients
- Ground Oats 2 tablespoons
- Flaxseeds 2 tablespoons
- Bran to taste
- Walnuts 0 oz
- Peanut Sprouts 5 oz
- Sunflower Seeds 5 oz
- Pumpkin seed oil 0 oz
- Desiccated coconut 2 tablespoons
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Raisins 5 oz
- Water 1 tablespoon
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Apple 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients except for the dried fruits, grate the apple finely and add it to the mixture.
Step 2
Pour in the honey and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Place in the microwave on high power for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally. After that, add the dried fruits and microwave for another 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Let it cool, then pour into a jar. Store in a dry, dark place.
