Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 5 oz
- Semolina 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Egg white 1 piece
- Vanillin to taste
- Jam to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except for the jam: about 150-200 g of cottage cheese, semolina, sugar, egg, and vanilla to taste (optional). Mix well.
Step 2
Pour the mixture into silicone molds (or any microwave-safe dish), filling them to the top, as the pudding will not rise.
Step 3
Set the microwave to full power for 3 minutes, then let it sit for 2 minutes (without opening the microwave). Then turn it on for another 2 minutes at the same power.
Step 4
Use jam for decoration. A quick and delicious breakfast is ready!
