Mexican Guacamole
Ingredients
- Avocado 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Spanish onions ½ piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers 2 pieces
- Lime Juice 2 pieces
- TABASCO® to taste
- Ground coriander 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and cut again.
Step 2
Scoop out the flesh from the skin and place it in a blender (use a spoon to scrape any remaining flesh from the skin and add it to the main mixture for color).
Step 3
Remove the skin from the tomatoes, cut the flesh in half, and add it to the avocado along with the garlic, onion, and chili.
Step 4
Pour in the lime juice and a few drops of TABASCO. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Blend until smooth, transfer to a serving dish, and cover with plastic wrap.
Step 6
Chill.
Step 7
Serve, garnished with fresh coriander leaves.
