Ingredients

  • Semi-soft cream cheese 10 oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
  • Cream 22% 0 fl oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 tablespoon
  • Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
  • Tomatoes 1 piece
  • Cheshire Cheese 10 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a small saucepan, combine the cheeses, cream, and a teaspoon of chili powder. Cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes, stirring constantly until the cheese melts.

Step 2

Remove from heat, add chopped tomatoes, bell peppers (preferably green), and chili pepper, deseeded and finely chopped. Transfer to a sauceboat.

Step 3

Serve with tortillas or chips.
