- Avocado 3 pieces
- Sour Cream 1½ tablespoons
- Taco seasoning mix 1 teaspoon
- Potato 1 piece
- Scallions to taste
- Cheshire Cheese ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Spread the beans in an even layer on a serving plate.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the mashed avocados, sour cream, and spices. Stir until smooth and spread evenly over the beans.
Step 3
Finely chop the seeded tomato and place it on top. Sprinkle with grated cheddar and finely chopped green onion.
