Ingredients
- Cantaloupe 5 lbs
- Mint Leaves 8 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 5 oz
- Serviceberries 5 oz
- Natural Yogurt ¼ cup
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the melon and cut it into small pieces. Transfer to a blender and blend until smooth. Divide into 4 small bowls.
Step 2
Top with the berries.
Step 3
Mix the yogurt and honey and lightly whip. Add 1 tablespoon to each bowl of soup.
