- Watermelon 10 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Remove the seeds and skin from the melon and cut it into very small cubes.
Step 3
Finely chop the cilantro.
Step 4
Also finely chop the red onion.
Step 5
Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop it very finely.
Step 6
In a bowl, mix the melon, cilantro, onion, and chili.
Step 7
Add olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
Step 8
Refrigerate the salsa for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Serve the melon salsa with fish, seafood, or chicken.
