Ingredients
- Potato 1 piece
- Lean Beef 25 oz
- Milk ¼ cup
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Basil to taste
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Sour Cream 4 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the potato. Mix the ground beef, one egg, grated potato, season, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with milk, add chopped herbs, and fry the omelette on both sides. Cut the finished omelette into pieces according to the number of zrazy, and roll them up.
Step 3
Divide the meat mixture into patties, place a roll in the center of each, and seal. Coat in flour and fry. Mix sour cream with grated cheese and garlic. Place the zrazy in a baking dish, pour with sauce, and bake in the oven.
