Ingredients
- Onion 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Lean Beef 20 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Garlic 1 clove
- Salt to taste
- Carrot 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the beef until cooked (can be substituted with smoked sausage).
Step 2
Cut into strips.
Step 3
Cut the carrot into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 4
Slice the onion into half rings and fry in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Make pancakes from 3 eggs and 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Cut into strips.
Step 6
Combine all ingredients, add salt, pepper, and dress with mayonnaise.
