Description

From 200 grams of minced meat, you will get 9–10 pockets.

  • Lean Beef 5 oz
  • Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Salt 1 tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper a pinch
  • Armenian Lavash 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil 15 fl oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Chop the red bell pepper, heat a frying pan, add the minced meat and bell pepper to the pan, add salt and pepper, and fry the meat until cooked.

Step 2

Cut the round lavash into 4 pieces, fold one rectangle of lavash into a pocket (like a seed packet), seal the edges of the pocket with egg yolk, pour oil into a pot, heat the oil for about 10 minutes, place all the pockets in the pot and cook for 3–4 minutes; when done, place the pockets on a napkin to absorb the oil.
