Ingredients
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Dried Rosemary 0 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 fl oz
- Balsamic Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 fl oz
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Lemon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the lemon zest using a fine grater and transfer it to a bowl.
Step 2
Add olive oil, rosemary, sage, thyme, and minced garlic. Mix well.
Step 3
Place the meat in a dish, pour the marinade over it, cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours to overnight.
