Ingredients
- Pork Mince 5 oz
- Canned Tomatoes (Pelati) ½ cans
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese ½ pieces
- Ready-made dry lasagna sheets 4 pieces
- Spices to taste
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Apple Wine 2 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the lasagna pasta.
Step 2
Prepare the Bolognese sauce: sauté the ground meat in a pan, then add the tomatoes, spices (salt, pepper, basil, oregano), and wine, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Make the creamy sauce: Place sour cream in a skillet, add cubed processed cheese, and simmer over low heat until a smooth mixture forms.
Step 4
Divide both sauces into 4 portions. In a greased baking dish, layer the ingredients: pasta, Bolognese sauce, and cream sauce. Top with grated cheese and bake in the oven until golden and bubbly.
