- Quail Egg 2 pieces
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 wedge
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Turmeric ½ teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt ½ teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the chicken and quail eggs into a deep container, add the oil and grainy mustard.
Step 2
Blend for a few seconds, then add salt and the juice from the lemon wedge.
Step 3
Add turmeric and black pepper. Blend until smooth.
Step 4
At the very end, check for saltiness and acidity. If necessary, add more salt or a little lemon juice.
