- Mustard Greens 0 oz
- Vinegar essence to taste

Step 1
Mix the raw yolk, mustard, and salt, and gradually pour in the vegetable oil in a thin stream while quickly whisking and blending the sauce. When the oil starts to thicken, slowly add vinegar.
Step 2
The oil for the sauce should be at room temperature; otherwise, it will not emulsify well.
