- Dijon Mustard to taste
- Water 0 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Boil the eggs hard.
Step 2
Then cool them in running cold water.
Step 3
Peel the eggs. Set aside two yolks — they will not be needed for this recipe.
Step 4
Transfer the eggs to a deep bowl and add salt.
Step 5
Add mustard.
Step 6
Drizzle with lemon juice.
Step 7
Add apple cider vinegar.
Step 8
Pour in clean room temperature water.
Step 9
Blend with an immersion blender until smooth.
Step 10
Transfer to a convenient container and serve.
