Ingredients
- Dried Turkey 5 oz
- Oat flakes 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Matsuni 15 fl oz
- Cinnamon a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse all dried fruits and soak them in boiling water for 30 minutes (if the dried fruits are tough).
Step 2
Remove the swollen dried fruits from the water, dry them, and chop if necessary.
Step 3
Toast the oat flakes in a dry hot skillet until golden, transfer to a bowl, and mix with honey and cinnamon.
Step 4
Combine the honeyed oat flakes with the dried fruits and pour cold matsuni over them.
