- Drinking Yogurt 5 fl oz
- Coconut Milk 0 fl oz
- Muscovado Sugar 3 spoons
- Avocado 1 piece
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Apple Cider Vinegar 0 fl oz
- Lightly Salted Red Fish 0 oz
- Black sesame seeds to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs until pale, then add the rice flour with baking powder and mix well. Incorporate the matcha, yogurt, coconut oil, a pinch of salt, and sugar. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Cook the waffles in a waffle maker for 5–7 minutes, depending on the appliance.
Step 3
Mash the avocado with a fork, adding olive oil and apple cider vinegar, and season with salt to taste.
Step 4
