Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 15 oz
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Truffle Oil ½ teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled potatoes in salted boiling water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and return to the pot. Mash and transfer to a food processor.
Step 2
Pour the milk into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Step 3
Add the hot milk, butter, and truffle oil to the potatoes. Whip well. Season with salt and pepper.
