Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Horseradish Leaves 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In boiling salted water, cook the peeled and halved potatoes until soft for 20 minutes. Drain, reserving 1 cup of the broth.
Step 2
Add 3 tablespoons of oil and mash until smooth. Add more oil if necessary.
Step 3
Pour in the broth in small portions until you reach your desired consistency. Add horseradish, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Transfer to a serving bowl and serve.
