- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- Blue Cheese 5 oz
- Butter 2 tablespoons
- Milk to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes, cut them into small pieces, and boil in salted water until soft, about 20-30 minutes.
Step 2
Drain and mash with a potato masher.
Step 3
Add the crumbled blue cheese, butter, and milk to reach your desired consistency.
Step 4
Add the parsley and mix well.
Step 5
