Mashed Potatoes and Green Cabbage

- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Green Papaya 30 oz
- Cream 15 fl oz

Step 1
Remove the tough parts from the cabbage leaves and cut them into pieces. Boil the cabbage in salted boiling water for about 7 minutes until tender. Drain and transfer to ice. Cool, then drain again, but do not squeeze.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into small pieces and place them in a pot. Pour in the cream and add 0.5 teaspoons of salt and 0.25 teaspoons of pepper. Cover and cook until tender, stirring, for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Transfer the potatoes to a food processor, add the cabbage, and puree. Transfer to a pot and place over low heat, stirring until heated through. Add salt and pepper.
