Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
- Butter 5 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Sliced Processed Cheese 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Scallions 2 stalks
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Herbs 1 bunch
- Salt a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the potatoes and boil them until tender. Mash them, adding butter and processed cheese.
Step 2
To make the mashed potatoes fluffier, first crush the boiled potatoes with a potato masher, then add butter and beat with a mixer, then incorporate the processed cheese and mix the potato mixture well again with the mixer.
Step 3
Season the mashed potatoes with salt to taste and mix again. Add the raw egg and mix again.
Step 4
Add finely chopped vegetables: diced bell pepper, finely chopped green onions, and herbs. Then add grated cheese and mix the mixture well again.
Step 5
Transfer the potato mixture to a greased baking dish and place it, uncovered, in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes.
