  • Melted Cheese 10 oz
  • Courgette 2 pieces
  • Tiger shrimp in brine 5 oz
  • Sun-Dried Tomatoes 0 oz
  • Fresh Mint 4 stems
  • Malt Vinegar 5 tablespoons
  • Olive Oil 5 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the zucchini into thin slices using a special grater or vegetable peeler. Pour white wine vinegar and olive oil over them, season with salt and pepper, and gently mix. Let marinate for 3–4 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the Mozzarella into small pieces or break it apart with a fork. Dice the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.

Step 3

Arrange the zucchini on plates, add the shrimp, pieces of mozzarella, sun-dried tomatoes, sprinkle with mint leaves, and serve.
