- Courgette 4 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mint Leaves 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil to taste
- Balsamic Vinegar ¼ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the zucchini into thin long strips and fry in well-heated olive oil until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix ¼ cup of chopped mint, vinegar, and minced garlic. Drizzle over the zucchini and refrigerate for a while. Before serving, let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes and serve.
