Marinated Zucchini with Garlic
Ingredients
- Zucchini 5 lbs
- Dill 1 bunch
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Water 10 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil 10 fl oz
- Garlic 2 heads
- Vinegar 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place young zucchini in boiling water whole and boil for 1 minute. Cool completely.
Step 2
Mix cold boiled water with refined sunflower oil, salt to taste, and 6% vinegar.
Step 3
Cut the zucchini into slices about 0.7-1 cm thick.
Step 4
Chop the garlic and herbs.
Step 5
In a pot, place a layer of zucchini, sprinkle with herbs and garlic on top. Repeat layer by layer until all zucchini are used.
Step 6
Pour all with the prepared brine, place under a weight, and put in the refrigerator.
Step 7
After one day, the marinated appetizer will be ready. It pairs perfectly with boiled potatoes and alcoholic beverages.
