Marinated Wood Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Dried Chinese mushrooms 0 oz
- Boiling water 1½ l
- Apple Cider Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Red Wine Vinegar 2 teaspoons
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 3 tablespoons
- Garlic 0 oz
- Pickled Eggplant with Peppers 0 oz
- Spanish onions 0 oz
- Toasted Sesame 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers 0 oz
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Soak the mushrooms in boiling water and cover with a lid.
Step 2
After 20–30 minutes, drain the water.
Step 3
In a deep bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar and red wine vinegar.
Step 4
Pour in the oil.
Step 5
Add the sesame seeds.
Step 6
Using a press, crush the garlic.
Step 7
Finely chop the chili and add it to the sauce.
Step 8
Add the soy sauce and mix well.
Step 9
To the mushrooms, add the coarsely chopped onion and bell pepper.
Step 10
Dress with the prepared sauce, mix, then refrigerate for several hours (overnight is fine).
Step 11
Mix again, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
