- Dill to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Fillet the anchovy, which means to remove the head, innards, and backbone.
Step 2
Chop the onion into small cubes and slice the garlic thinly, cutting the clove crosswise.
Step 3
Mix the marinade and pour it over the anchovy fillets. Add sprigs of dill and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve with white wine.
