Ingredients
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 lbs
- Onion 2 heads
- Celery salt 1 teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 cup
- Garlic 6 cloves
- Bay leaf 14 pieces
- Nigella Seeds 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- White Pepper (whole) 1 teaspoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 4 pieces
- Coriander essential oil 1 teaspoon
- Champagne Vinegar ¼ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice ½ cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the onion, cut it into 4 parts lengthwise, and then thinly slice it. Peel and thinly slice the garlic.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients, transfer to a large jar, close it, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 3
Serve by placing the shrimp on a plate and inserting a toothpick into each one.
