Ingredients
- Meyer Lemon Juice 4 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
- Ocean salt 1 teaspoon
- Dill 3 tablespoons
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 0 lbs
- Arugula 5 oz
- Mango 15 oz
- Mild Chili Spice 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Citrus Zest Mix 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a large bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt, and finely chopped dill. Add the shrimp, mix well, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Preheat the grill.

Grill the shrimp for 2-4 minutes, turning once, until pink but still tender to the touch. Transfer to a plate and let cool.

In a bowl, combine diced mango, finely chopped onion, chili, and lemon zest.
