- Sardines 15 oz
- Wasabi 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
- Canned Grape Leaves 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix lemon juice and wasabi and marinate the sardines in the mixture for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Finely shred the grape leaves and fry them in hot oil (or deep fry) at a temperature of 320°F for a few seconds until crispy. Place the leaves on a paper towel to dry.
Step 3
Season the sardines and serve with the crispy grape leaves.
