Marinated Oyster Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Oyster Mushrooms 5 lbs
- Ground clove 5 pieces
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Dill 1 bunch
- Green peppercorns 5 pieces
- Vinegar essence 4 tablespoons
- Bay leaf 4 pieces
- Salt 1.5 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Coriander essential oil a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the oyster mushrooms, separate them, and boil for 10 minutes. Afterward, cool and cut as desired. (You can also leave them whole if preferred)
Step 2
In 0.5 liters of water, add all the other ingredients (except for the vinegar), bring to a boil. After boiling, add the vinegar and simmer for 15 minutes over low heat.
Step 3
Distribute the oyster mushrooms into jars and pour the hot marinade over them. Store in the refrigerator and let steep for 2-3 days.
Step 4
Serve drizzled with fragrant sunflower oil and chopped onions.
