  • Kalamata olives 15 oz
  • Fresh Rose Hips 6 sprigs
  • Chopped Sage Leaves 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

From half a lemon, cut the zest into thin strips and squeeze out 2 tablespoons of juice.

Step 2

In a bowl, mix the olives, thyme, rosemary, lemon juice and zest, thinly sliced garlic, olive oil, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 days, stirring occasionally.
