- Olive Oil ½ cup
- Fresh Mushrooms 20 oz
- Dry White Wine ½ cup
- Fennel ¼ cup
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chopped Sage Leaves ½ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Clean the mushrooms by removing the stems.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add the mushroom caps, chopped fennel greens, lemon juice, thyme, minced garlic, and wine. Cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring, until the mushrooms are tender.
Step 3
Transfer to a small bowl, cover, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
