- Green Beans 15 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chili Pepper 4 pieces
- Garlic 4 cloves
- White Wine Vinegar ¾ cup
- Salt 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 teaspoons
- Fresh Red Pepper 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Distribute the lemon, beans, chili, and garlic between two jars.
Step 2
In a small pot, combine the vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, and 2 cups of water. Place over heat and bring to a boil, stirring constantly until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Step 3
Then pour the hot brine into the jars, dividing it evenly between the two jars, and seal with a lid. Allow to cool. The dish is ready, enjoy your meal!
