Ingredients
- Eggplant 1 piece
- Red Bell Pepper 1 piece
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Sugar to taste
- Vinegar to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the eggplant into rounds, then cut each round into 4 pieces.
Step 2
Boil the eggplant in salted water for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Blend all other vegetables until pureed, then add salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar.
Step 4
Place the eggplant in a jar and pour the sauce over it. Store in the refrigerator.
Step 5
After 3 days, the eggplants will be marinated and ready.
