Description

Something like ceviche: cod and amur spend a couple of hours with lemons and spices. You can also use pike, mullet, or any other nice fish.

Ingredients

  • Cod fillet 20 oz
  • White Amur 20 oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Green peppercorns 2 spoons
  • Bay leaf 2 pieces
  • Dill 0 oz
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Flaky sea salt 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lemons crosswise with a sharp knife, sprinkle them with sea salt, and leave them in the refrigerator for about 2 days.

Step 2

After that, add wine, 1 liter of water, whole black peppercorns, bay leaves, coarsely chopped dill, and large cubes of white amur and cod fillet (or pike perch, mullet — basically, any pleasant fish) to the mixture. Leave everything together in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Step 3

Serve the fish with toasted white bread and boiled potatoes.
