Ingredients
- Mild Chili Spice ½ piece
- Fresh Mint 1 stem
- Adyghe cheese 10 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Citrus Zest Mix a pinch
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive Oil 5 fl oz
- Basil 1 stem
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into cubes. Mozzarella or suluguni can be used.
Step 2
Chop the mint, basil, pepper, and garlic.
Step 3
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and remove the zest.
Step 4
In a jar, layer the cheese, mint, basil, garlic, pepper, spices, and zest.
Step 5
Pour olive oil over to cover the cheese. Let it sit for at least a day.
Step 6
Serve with fresh bread, vegetables, and wine.
