Ingredients
- Beef Kidneys 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar essence 3 tablespoons
- Water 1 cup
- Herbs to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Boil the liver until cooked. Cool down. Cut into strips and season with salt.

Slice the onion into half rings.
Step 3
Layer the liver in an enamel pot, alternating with the onion.
Step 4
Pour the marinade over: dilute the vinegar in the cup of water.
Step 5
Refrigerate for 1 day.
Step 6
Serve, draining the marinade and dressing with vegetable oil and herbs.
