- Sugar 1 teaspoon
- Fish Oil 3 tablespoons

- Spaghetti 15 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Cod fillet 5 oz
- Squid 5 oz
- Peeled Cooked Shrimp 5 oz
- Chopped Sage Leaves 4 tablespoons
- Canned Crabs 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the sauce, heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the finely chopped onion and carrot over medium heat for 10 minutes until golden. Add the minced 2 cloves of garlic and tomatoes, 125 ml of wine, and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 2
Heat the remaining wine, 1 minced clove of garlic, and broth in a large pan. Add the mussels, cover with a lid, and cook over high heat, shaking the pan occasionally, for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes of cooking, remove all unopened mussels and discard.
Step 3
Cook the spaghetti in salted water. Drain and keep warm.
Step 4
Meanwhile, melt the butter in a pan and sauté the sliced squid, cut fish, and shrimp for about 2 minutes until cooked. Remove from heat, add the tomato sauce and juices from the mussels, mussels, parsley, and clams. Slightly heat and mix the sauce with the spaghetti.
