
Margherita Pizza with Eggless Dough

Special mozzarella for pizza, sold in blocks. It doesn't taste good on its own.

- Oregano 0 oz

- Salt 0 oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Pizza Mozzarella Cheese 5 oz
- Baking Tomatoes 30 oz
- Dry yeast 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the pizza dough: flour, water, salt, sugar, olive oil. No eggs needed. Yeast should be minimal, less than a gram. For three kilograms of flour, use five grams of yeast. Just to say it was there. Also, yeast should be dissolved with salt over time, otherwise it won't turn out well. First the yeast, and only at the very end — the salt.
Step 2
Let the dough rise for a day.
Step 3
At the hour 'H', roll out circles of 225 grams on a flat surface lightly dusted with flour.
Step 4
Spread tomato paste on the dough circle (puree the tomatoes, add salt, pepper, oregano), then arrange mozzarella and basil.
Step 5
And — into the oven. At about 310 degrees Fahrenheit. It's better to use wood-fired, but this works too. If at home, teflon sheets will do. The main thing is that the temperature is at least 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 5 minutes.
