Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Water 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Dry yeast 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Tomatoes 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the dough. Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Step 2

Place the tomatoes in a saucepan, add a little olive oil, and bring to a boil with the lid on. Remove the lid and simmer the tomatoes for 6–8 minutes until a thick sauce forms. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Make two pizzas from the dough, spread each with tomato sauce, and bake for 15 minutes.

Step 4

Remove the pizzas from the oven and top them with the remaining toppings of your choice.
