Description

I recommend using firmer Brazilian mangoes, which are sold almost everywhere and have a green-red skin. Thai mangoes will be too soft and not quite suitable for salsa. It can be served as a side dish with meat or with corn chips as a dip or with tortillas.

Ingredients

  • Mango 1 piece
  • Avocado 2 pieces
  • Sorrel ½ bunch
  • Mild Chili Spice to taste
  • Shallot 4 pieces

  • Passion Fruit 2 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the mango, remove the pit, and finely chop.

Step 4

Step 5
